What are the printing methods and deadlines?
Digital printing: In this option, after the order is processed, production begins and takes from 5 to 8 business days to finish. You can also choose from three options:
- Free online design: no cost.
- Upload the file to be printed (€3.99+VAT): in this option, the file is analyzed and formatted, with the same production time starting from the approval of the mockup.
- Custom design by our professionals (€4.99+VAT): we contact the client to develop the idea, ensuring an exclusive design. This type of printing is only available for bags in natural kraft or white color.
Flexographic printing (one color): You will develop your idea together with our design department. Once the order is processed, the client receives an email requesting the files to be printed. After this, we will send you a digital mockup that you must approve for the work to proceed to printing. Production time: 3 to 4 weeks.
With this printing method, you can customize your bags in any of the 12 colors we have available.
How to send my design or logo?
You can upload or insert the design or logo to be printed on your bags by designing online in our configurator, or with the help of our design professionals.
Online Design: (Valid only for digital printing) You can upload the file and make any necessary modifications (increase the file size, add names and dates, etc.) through our configurator.
Professional Design: Here you have two options to customize your bags. You can upload the image and be contacted by our design team.
In the first option, you just need to upload the file you want to print on the bags. Our design team will create the project mockup and send it by email for approval.
If you choose the second option, our design team will contact you and request the file. After this, we will send you a digital mockup that you must approve for the work to proceed to printing.
The provided files must be finalized and of good quality, preferably vectorized (in pdf, or png/jpg of good quality). vectorisés (en pdf, ou png/jpg de bonne qualité).
What file formats are accepted for printing?
Printing on bags requires the print to reach a large size, so we generally only accept vector files in their original format, i.e., in the program in which they were created: AI, CDR, PDF, etc. These are the allowed extensions: .ai, .cdr, .svg, .eps. Below are the files accepted by type of printing:
- Online digital design: We only accept files in PNG or JPEG format.
- Upload my file: We accept files in PDF, AI, EPS, SVG format, among others.
- Custom design by our professionals: We can accept any format sent by the client, including PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS.
- Flexography (one color): We only accept vector files, i.e., AI, EPS, SVG, PDF with vector design. Unfortunately, we cannot accept PNG files imported into AI and extracted into AI, as the image will be pixelated and lose quality. In this type of printing, we need the ability to edit and manipulate the file, which is only possible with vector files. If you want your logo vectorized and ready for printing, we offer this service for €15 + VAT.
Comments:
Printing on bags and boxes, when using more than one color, must be separated by at least 2 cm. There is a margin of error in the location where the print will be placed of 4 cm on each side, which is acceptable due to machinery constraints. Espírito Rebelde is not responsible for editing, improving, vectorizing, or altering images, logos, texts, or mockups sent by the client, unless the service has been requested and paid for by the client.

What is the difference between digital printing and flexography?
Digital printing is ideal for small orders and allows a greater variety of colors, while flexography is more suitable for large runs and allows printing on materials of any color.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
