Industrial Oven Degreaser is a concentrated powder detergent formulated for deep cleaning of grease in industrial installations. With a highly alkaline base and excellent wetting power, this product is highly effective in removing carbonized grease, especially on stainless steel equipment. Its advanced formula ensures complete dissolution in water and absence of foam at temperatures above 55°C.

Conditions of Use:

Hood Cleaning:

1. Disassemble the hood.
2. Place the parts in a hot water solution with 2% to 5% degreaser (20 to 50 g/L of water).
3. Allow to act for 20 to 60 minutes.
4. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry.

Fryer Cleaning:

1. Remove the oil and close the valve.
2. Fill the fryer with water up to the oil capacity limit.
3. Add 2% to 5% degreaser (20 to 50 g/L of water), checking the filling capacity limit.
4. Turn on the fryer and allow it to boil in a controlled manner for about 15 minutes.
5. After cooling and emptying, scrub the remaining residue with a scourer or brush.
6. Rinse thoroughly with clean hot water and allow to air dry.

Drain Cleaning:

1. Prepare a hot water solution with 2% to 10% degreaser (20 to 100 g/L).
2. Carefully pour into the drain.
3. Allow to act for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Wash with clean water and repeat if necessary.
