All orders* received and with payment validated by 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same or the following business day. Orders received and validated after this time will be shipped on the next business day only.
When placing the order, please make sure to provide an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, as it is not possible to predict or schedule the delivery time. If there is no one available to receive the order, the courier will contact to schedule a new delivery, and after two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
