Digital printing - In this option, after processing the order, production begins, between 5 to 8 business days.

You can also select from three options:

• Free online design - no charge.
• Insert the file to be printed (€3.99+VAT) - in this option, the file is analyzed and formatted, with the same production time, from the approval of the mockup.
• Custom design by our professionals (€4.99+VAT) - we get in touch to develop the idea with the client, ensuring an exclusive design.

This type of printing is only available for bags in natural kraft or white color.

Flexography printing (one color) - develop your idea together with our design department. Once the order is processed, the customer receives an email requesting the files to be printed.

Afterwards, we will send you a digital mockup that you must approve, for the work to proceed to printing. Production time 3 to 4 weeks.

With this printing method, you can customize your bags in any of the 12 colors we have available.

Printing on bags requires large size files, so we generally only accept vector files in their original format, that is, in the program in which it was created: AI, CDR, PDF, etc. These are the accepted extensions: .ai, .cdr, .svg, .eps.

Below are the accepted files by type of printing:

• Online digital design: We only accept files in PNG or JPEG format.
• Insert my file: We accept files in PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, among others.
• Custom design by our professionals: We can accept any format sent by the client, including PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS.

Flexography: We only accept vector files, that is, AI, EPS, SVG, PDF with vector drawing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept PNG files, imported into AI and extracted in AI, as the image will be pixelated and lose quality. For this type of printing we need editing and manipulation capabilities, which is only possible with vector files. If you want to have your logo vectorized ready for printing, we provide this service for €15 + VAT.

Notes:

• For prints on bags and boxes, when more than one color is used, they should be spaced at least 2 cm apart. There is a margin of error in the placement of the print of 4 cm on each side, which is acceptable for machinery reasons.
• Espírito Rebelde is not responsible for editing, improving, vectorizing or altering images, logos, texts or mockups sent by the client, unless the service has been requested and paid for by the client.

You can send or insert the design or logo to be printed on your bags by doing the online design on our configurator, or with the help of our design professionals.

Online Design: (Valid only for digital printing) You can insert the file and make any necessary changes (enlarge the file size, add names and dates, etc.) through our configurator.

Professional Design: Here you have two more options to customize your bags. You can insert the image and be contacted by our design team.

• In the first option you just need to insert the file you want to print on the bags. Our design team will create the project mockup and send it by email for approval.
• If you choose the second option our design team will contact you and request the file to be sent. After that, we will send you a digital mockup that you must approve for the work to proceed to printing.

The files provided must already be finalized and of good quality, preferably vectorized (in pdf, or png/jpg of good quality).

Digital printing is ideal for small orders and allows for a greater variety of colors, while flexography is more suitable for large runs and allows printing on materials of any color.

Espírito Rebelde reserves the right not to accept the cancellation of orders after the start of printing, unless the problem is our responsibility, as we unfortunately have no control over when the printing started.

Note that if a customer does the online digital design, the order immediately goes into printing process. In both professional design options (being contacted or inserting the file), after the approval of the mockup by the client, the order also immediately proceeds to printing.
